Our Story: A Fusion of Cultures and Flavors
Bold Buddha is the creation of Seema, an entrepreneur with a deep love for food and culture. Born in Japan, raised in India, and now calling St. Maarten home for the past 25 years, Seema’s journey has shaped her passion for fusion cuisine.
After successfully running two cafés, her entrepreneurial spirit and love for bold, flavorful food led to the creation of Bold Buddha.
Here, Asian, Caribbean, and Latin flavors come together in a unique dining experience that reflects Seema’s diverse background and passion for culinary innovation.
